275 Tenth Street is a five story low-rise housing project in San Francisco.  It is a five level wood frame over concrete podium construction.  This project is a ground-up with a small garage and two retail spaces on the ground floor along with a large tenant service build out.  There are a total of 132 units.  The project included a new 2000A PG&E service for both the commercial and retail spaces. This project also includes a UPS system for the emergency mechanical loads.  The wiring installation consisted of both MC feeders and MC cabling throughout. The other specialty systems that we installed were fire alarm, security, telephone, TV and data cabling.

This project is rated LEED Silver and has been certified by the Green Communities.
