Project Summary

Belles Street Townhomes are the only newly constructed residential buildings in the Presidio of San Francisco, and the first multifamily homes in the city to receive LEED Platinum certification. Each unit is connected to a solar panel array that reduces greenhouse gas emissions by 36%. The homes are equipped with an “energy saving dashboard” that monitors electricity, water, and gas consumption in real time, with data available on an LCD screen or via the Internet.
