Project Summary

275 Tenth Street is a five-story low rise housing project in San Francisco. It is a five-level wood frame over concrete podium construction.

This project is a ground-up with a small garage and two retail spaces on the ground floor along with a large tenant service build-out.

There are a total of 132 units.

The project included a new 2000A PG&E service for the commercial and retail spaces. This project also included a UPS system for emergency mechanical loads.

The wiring installation consisted of MC feeders and MC cabling throughout. The other specialty systems that we installed were fire alarm, security, telephone, TV and data cabling.

This project is rated LEED Silver and has been certified by the Green Communities.
