Project Summary

Brayer Electric was contracted by Swinerton Builders to be the electrical contractor for the construction of this ground-up, 14-floor high rise in downtown San Francisco. The project was comprised of 81 low-income housing units. Brayer worked diligently with Swinerton and other trades to complete the project for turn over to the owner in 14 months — three months quicker than originally scheduled.
