Project Summary

Nihonmachi Terrace included the modernization and remodeling of an existing Japantown senior housing project. This project encompassed the upgrade and renovation of 245 units in 7 occupied buildings: one 13-story highrise type, one 4-story wood frame, one 3-story wood frame, and four townhome buildings.
