Project Summary

This project consisted of 56,000 square feet of residential units in two separate, wood-frame buildings over a shared concrete podium. Brayer provided a complete electrical installation for the building’s 49 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units. The project included the installation of a complete fire alarm system, CCTV, CATV, telephone and door entry systems. In addition to the housing facility, the project included a 19,000 square foot medical and dental office building.
